Last time:

“HEY! Wait for me” Horus whines as he joins me in the air. I fly toward the mountains and follow the mountainside up. In one powerful flap I go over Its peak and break through the cloud barrier spinning and just enjoying the fresh air when Horus dive down towards me I quickly swerve out of the way.
“Gahh! Hey what was that for” I laugh
“I thought that you looked too peaceful” he replies
“ Kain. Kain” I hear Jehudiel through the small earpiece every angel and familiar has. When an angel is paged directly only that angel and familiar can hear unless one opens a secure channel. Then only the angel or the familiar is the only one who can hear.
“Hey, what's up” I say while touching my gold plated necklace
“ Report to the gate at once and send you familiar to your home and keep him there” Jehudiel order’s
“But sir…” I replied confused
“No buts be there in 10 minutes” he cuts off the connection

“Hourus.” I look at him firmly “Go home and stay there till I say other wise I have orders and you can't come”
“What!? Don’t they know that…”
“Yes. Just go home” I turn away from him
“Of course sir”
He flies off toward home ‘what could have happened they rarely send angels somewhere without their familiar’s ’ I fly off toward the gate at full speed. As I reach the gate I notice that there is one other angel there besides Jehudiel. I land beside the other angle noticing that it is Michel
“ Hey, did you get my letter” I ask happily
“Yah thanks for the update I didn't realize that there was a stallion in the neighborhood”
“Ehem” Jehudiel coughs
“Sorry” we both replied in unison
“Now back to business. We have heard reports that Lucifer is awake and getting ready to attack”
“Why do you need us?” Michael asks
“I was getting to that before I was so rudely interrupted” Jehudiel replies impatiently
“ I called you two because Kain was the best graduate the academy has had in 500 years and you were a close second. We need you two to lead angels to Hell and destroy Lucifer’s army ” Jehudiel hands us each a glass of liquid
“ What is this?” I ask as I take the glass
“ It is a drink that will boost your fire and increase your powers drastically”
“Sweet!” Michael exclaims as we give cheers and drink it
“ You leave in 3 hours any questions?”
“ Only one. Why can't we bring our familiars?” I ask as I gesture towards his familiar, which is a white lion Named Kilul.
“That’s because entering hell causes familiars to very slowly die their life force is completely gone in 1 day and you might be there for weeks we just can't risk it no matter how helpful the familiar would be” he replies as he strokes Kilul’s mane.
“Oh alright…. can I at least tell Horus where I am going?” I ask stressed about leaving him all alone without even being able to say good-bye.
“I'm sorry but that is impossible.” he says in a very stern tone causing me to straighten and bow apologetically
“ Understood”
“Now I suggest that you two go and get suited up your gear is waiting for you in the barracks” he taps his side and walks into a nearby portal Kilul close behind
“ Dose this mission seems off to you at all?” Michael asks as he starts walking toward the barracks
“How so?” I replied now walking beside him
“ I mean we have lead armies into hell before and brought our familiars they just stayed out until the battle and they were fine”
“ I don't get it either but we can do nothing about it let's just go crush those bastards and move on with our life” I open the door I to barracks to find that all of the other angels had arrived and were suited in their armor
“ Are we late?” Michael asks me
“ No I think they are just early but let's just go get ready we don't have much longer”
